“Absolutely thrilled with my order of service booklets. After a lot of research, this was the best value I could find for the premium paper stock I wanted. I followed the recommendation to use 250gsm and 200gsm Gesso paper, and I’m so glad I did—the finished booklets feel beautifully premium, and I think my original choice of heavier stock would actually have been too thick. The quality is fantastic, delivery was incredibly quick, and everyone I’ve shown them to has commented on how beautiful they look. My only suggestion would be to provide a little more reassurance during the printing process for customers who don’t purchase a proof. A simple confirmation that the artwork has been checked and is ready for print would have given me extra peace of mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the result. Excellent quality, great value, and a fast turnaround. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.”

The recommended specifications are based on the most common selections made by customers for that product. We do ask that artwork is provided print ready so it can go straight to print. “Really disappointed by the service at Digital Printing. I ordered 100 8 page booklets to be printed and stitched for my Mother in Law’s funeral. I received an email a few days later to inform me that the printed booklets would be delayed, even though I paid for next day delivery. Then it was only after we managed to track down a number that we were told that the stitching machine had broken down and this had caused the delay. We were ensured that this how now been resolved. They arrived a day later and had all been stapled without informing us.”

Hi Clare Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order was impacted along with a number of orders due to unforeseen issue that did require a repair to the machine. We do not wish to let customers down however issues can occur which cannot be prepared for, so along with the fact that the couriers do not offer a guaranteed delivery we do state that delivery dates are estimated only. Failures in machines are thankfully not often occurring. The order was still delivered before the funeral however we do understand this added to your stress The saddle stitched books on our website are stapled bound as we do state and show in images. “The print work itself was very good. Nice quality of paper. The only problem was the inner pages had been stapled the wrong way round. I contacted customer services, who were prompt and helpful. I was offered a reprint with extra checks or a refund. I chose refund as the estimate for arrival was the Thursday and my mum's funeral was the Friday. It was too stressful to risk it. Instead, I unpicked and restapled the booklets myself. An unfortunate situation added to an already difficult time.”

“I contacted digital printing after l have been let down by a mother printing website four days before my wedding. I received excellent customer service from ordering to delivery. This company does not only print they also value the content in the print, they contact me after they notice some small errors in the fonts for me to correct and they communicated throughout and they responded quickly to emails. Thank you for making my wedding special. I highly recommend digital printing.”
