“Great quality products, delivered quickly and on time. Communication during the production process was at times excessive, but great to finalise the product. Have to work with system limitations when placing orders, e.g. ordering 20 pages per booklet instead of 17, because the system would only print in multiples of 4. But overall great service. Will use again!”

Hi Ikenna Thanks for your review. We do always wish to provide quality prints and will do all we can to ensure you receive what you expect. Order of service booklets are printed on a larger sheet front and back and folded in half to be stapled to the spine which creates 4 pages and why we need the page count to be in multiples of 4. “I chose digital-printing based largely on the fact that their website was so good. I build websites for a living and it was refreshing to see a well thought out and implemented site. I was pleased with the price and timings. I went for the recommended settings as i was busy, but was a bit disappointed when the items came through the post as they were not glossy but were matt. Part of the design incorporated complex backgrounds - and these looked great, but i felt that the photos in the design would have looked much better with a glossier paper. The customer experience would be improved therefore, by making it clear whether the paper chosen was glossy/a bit glossy/a bit matt/matt, rather than talk about what paper type it is. As a consumer i know nothing about paper. If i asked you what Dependency Injection was, would you know?”
