They are exactly what he asked for so from the look of them they are just right, but as to how they perform, only he can tell. So erring on the positive side I will rate them five stars as they arrived promptly after ordering.”
“I use these for casual walking locally. They have proper spikes and are not relying on a chain or springs to provide bite into the ice.
Can be easily carried in a jacket pocket in the supplied bag. Easy to put on and take off. Effective. I feel secure on ice using these.
Am very happy with them.
I would use my full blown crampons on mountains as their fixtures are potentially more secure and rigid. But these Micro Spikes are better than I anticipated.”
