“Multiple Christmas Hampers ordered. I was very nervous as I had never heard of Devon Heaven as a supplier of hampers previously having googled Christmas Hampers and seeing the standard big tier one hamper companies suggestions displayed only. Each one of the tier one hamper companies had totally run out of stock 4 weeks prior to Christmas which is absolutely ridiculous considering we were (are still) in the middle of a pandemic which started in February 2020. There was ample time to forecast for the increase in demand due to the pandemic as no one was going to be able to go out to shop anywhere to buy anything but did any of the tier one hamper companies do this accurately NO! Each one of them completely sold out. The websites for all of the tier one hamper companies all kept crashing or very extremely slow. After days and hours of calling, trying to place orders etc, I found the Devon Heaven website and it was an absolutely massive relief. I was able to order easily, not a single crash of the website, exceptional stock selection, everything was priced well and every single order was delivered on time and beautifully packaged. Regular updates with tracking information were provided - delightful customer experience all around. Will def use Devon Heaven again and recommend to all my colleagues and friends.”
