“This is the 3rd Afternoon cream tea I've purchased (unfortunately none have been for me!) The recipient is recovering from recent surgery so was absolutely delighted to receive this. Her comments were - the afternoon tea was amazing. Best ever strawberry jam and clotted cream and everything else! Such a great treat.”

“Ordered a voucher for my friends birthday, you can personalise the voucher, I just order one voucher at a time now and it’s easier to personalise the voucher with a message. (I did order multiple vouches at Christmas and asked for specific messages on each voucher but the whole message just got printed on all the vouches as it is automated) My friend was over the moon to receive the voucher and she has ordered her afternoon tea to arrive on her husbands birthday so they can enjoy it together.. I have received vouchers myself and the afternoon tea hampers are really lovely. I have a few allergies and you can substitute any item that isn’t suitable for something you can have. The company is lovely to deal with and the scones and hampers are delicious.”

“This is a fantastic idea.. I bought a cream tea and afternoon tea hamper voucher for 2 different friends for Xmas.. my only criticism is the message and multiple voucher purchase online.. (only applies if buying more than one voucher online and I didn’t discover the issue until the vouchers arrived in the post) if buying more than one voucher, I couldn’t find the option to personalise each voucher on the order, there was just one message box. I requested in the message box if the cream tea message could read (a personal message to friend) and the afternoon tea voucher could say (another personal message to my friend).. clearly automated system as the vouchers just had both my request printed on both of them..(it was easily remedied with a cut out square of paper, glue and a hand written message to cover over the printed request).. please give the option for when buying 2 or more of your vouchers for drop down box for message for each one.. I wanted to personalise the recipients names on each voucher, instead of just saying it was from me.. I just popped a note in with the voucher to say there had been a printing error.. I had the vouchers sent to me and they arrived in one envelope. (I’m not sure if I recall an option to send each voucher out to each recipient) Setting the printing issue aside which is a very minor detail, I’m sure can be remedied on the system or next time I will call the company and request the vouchers over the phone so I can personalise each voucher and get them posted direct to each recipient.. My friends were delighted to receive their vouchers and can’t wait to order their delicious treat. I received a voucher earlier in the year and the afternoon hamper that I ordered with my voucher was truly fabulous.. I was able to substitute a couple of items due to allergy. This company is a great company and their delicious scones and treats were amazing. The vouchers are a great gift as you have the excitement of receiving the voucher but then a second gift when you submit your order and voucher online and your chosen afternoon tea arrives.. If you are ordering just the one voucher then you don’t experience any of the above.. but if ordering multiple vouchers I would recommend ringing the company direct and then you will get personalised printed vouchers for each recipient.. I would definitely order vouchers again but would ring the company and request over the phone.. only mentioning this in the review for anyone ordering multiple cream/ tea vouchers online that they want to personalise to each friend.”
