“Ordered the ' Cream Tea Hamper with Truffles' for my Mum's birthday.. I work overseas so it is always difficult to think of something different. As her birthday fell on a Sunday I chose to have it delivered on the Friday as it is the one day she doesn't go out. So how disappointed was I to hear that a card had been dropped through the letter box saying 'no-one home, sorry to have missed you' !!! Mum then telephoned the company who said that they would re-deliver on Monday morning. ( disappointment No: 2 as the company say that they don't deliver on a Monday due to perishable items ?????) I have forgotten the exact time but I think it was between 10.30 and 11.30am. Disappointment No: 3 , it actually arrived at 3.30pm !!!! So sorry for moaning because Mum said the hamper was superb, just a shame the delivery wasn't as Mum missed her lunch out with friends.”
