“The product is fantastic and the website easy to use, but unfortunately my order was not delivered on time. There was a delay of several days, which was an issue with the courier, but when I spoke to Devon Heaven to ask what the delay was and to express my concern that the scones would be past their best, they were not interested. They explained that the delay was with the courier but showed no concern for the deteriorating quality of their product”

Hi Linda. I'm sorry about the delay, this was just before Christmas and as mentioned some DHL depots were struggling with parcel volume and staff-shortages and the Leeds depot was one of those badly affected. We chased DHL to get it delivered which they did shortly after chasing them. We didn't hear from you that there were any issues with product quality, when it's cold like this the cream and scones are usually unaffected by a few days in transit but I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. If there was any issues with the products then please let us know and we'll replace them. Thanks, Sam
