“Never received! We sent a hamper ( when we could least afford to, as are now caring for terminally ill parents on top of having struggled to keep a business afloat to ensure the families in the business suffered as little as possible, plus looking after our little granddaughter so our daughter can work to pay her mortgage and not lose much needed cash to childminding.) to friends of ours who are and have been for sometime very poorly, but also in a similar situation to us…..and really needed a pick up……..They live in a built up area with plenty of neighbours around who have always taken in any parcels if they are not there( never have their deliveries been destroyed and not delivered!). But all the same, Devon Heaven happily took our money and gave us NOTHING in return. Devon Heaven decided to hand over responsibility for running their business to customers…..PLEASE SEE pages of small print. Be ready to spend your time checking deliveries and asking friends if their surprise gift has arrived…..when you’ve sent the gift this way as you don’t have time any other way! Btw if you pay for something, the company should supply the goods you paid for. Disclaimers can be over ruled by law. Then, when they don’t agree with you, they simply don’t respond to emails. LET ME THINK, is this the review you will share? If not, where is best to share it? Will I win the hamper? Will it be delivered or destroyed? Hugely let down….would say customer, but the definition doesn’t fit!”

“Beautiful tasty fresh scones delivered to your hotel door, what more could you want. We were surprised by how fresh the scones were given they had come to us via the postal service. A winner with all of us, will definitely be buying them again!”
