“The food items were delicious however the packaging was terrible. It had been torn in the process and the delivery driver asked me to check contents. Packaging was also wet. I wonder why you just put individual items in seemingly at random - presentation zero. Why don’t you create a plastic “Tray” so that all the items are arranged together and the recipient receives a nicely laid out “tea”?????”

“Bought this cream tea as a gift. I ordered the large cream and the recipients said there was plenty to put on the four halves without skimping. They said the scones were lovely too. Will certainly use this company again to send a gift for a special occasion. Well done.”
