“I ordered this hamper for my friend's 50th birthday recently. Unfortunately, delivery was delayed, she wasn't in when the parcel was dropped off, and it got stolen. My friend was super unhappy. I got in touch with Sam and explained the situation. They sent out another parcel just the following day at no additional cost! My friend loved everything in her hamper! It was an amazing treat for her. I am so glad that Sam could make it happen for her! Amazing customer service and amazing goodies!”

“Really lovely afternoon cream tea. Fresh plain & fruit scones - these would have lasted a few days but my mum tucked into them the same day! Clotted cream sent frozen in protective pack & ice pack, was still very cold when arrived. Beautiful biscuits, lovely jam, flapjack and brownies. A real treat for my mum’s birthday, she was delighted.”
