“We ordered the Nutella cake got sent the wrong cake. The day before birthday my sons birthday said cake was not made as they were short from supplier. Told me to call them but could only get in contact by email. Then a Ferraro Roche cake got sent instead. Should have called me sooner to discuss poor customer service”
