“This is difficult to review as I ordered the balloons but have been sent the age sparklers instead. Not really a problem as it solves the problem of buying a candle. However it may have been a mistake as I didn’t receive correspondence to say there was a substitute and they are £1 cheaper than I paid for. Will be lighting sparklers and trying the cake this evening.”
