“Having ordered three weeks prior, My order was cancelled the day before delivery and three days before my daughters 18th birthday leaving me without a celebration cake. I would not recommend this service.”
“so I have been asked to leave a review for a cake that was cancelled 24 hours pre delivery, I cannot believe you want a review , you sent me an email on the 14th saying despatched, on the 15th the day after you have cancelled. when I asked why your excuse was the courier cancelled the delivery. I was so annoyed with your couldn’t care less attitude and standard replies , where was I going to get a cake for my husbands 70th birthday at such short notice? your answer was. that I would receive a 50% discount on any future order-as if I would order from you again after such a let down, buyers make your own minds up regarding this company but I would give no stars if I could”
“The cake didn’t arrive!! i ordered this for my daughters 30th birthday for the 1st April, When it didn’t arrive I emailed you and was it would come on 4th!! Obviously this was no good to us!!
I find it quite insulting to receive an email asking how it tasted, and will not be using this company again”
