“I ordered the Deluxe Cake for my daughter's 17th Birthday and they sent the Hazlenut one instead, really disappointed......Have made a complaint to customer services who said they would contact the Complaints Department and have heard nothing back. Overall very very poor service. Which is all a shame as the cake we did get sent tasted nice. ...but I wouldn't recommend to anyone. As a first experience, it's been dire!. Had high expectations...they were all dashed. Really, disappointed!”
