“Cake was fabulous, but we did have an issue with DPD delivery. I clearly instructed them to leave the cake through our side gate and put in a box , this instruction was acknowledged but the driver left it on our front door mat in full view in the pouring rain. Luckily it was still there when we got home but the box was soaked. I did ring DPD but they said I could do nothing as it was your responsibility, so if you want to make a claim feel free………”
