“Ridiculous customer service I bought a cake I wanted to cancel it and because I order the wrong flavour and I wanted another, but the system was down and I completely understand however don't tell your customers that it's been 3 days so I can't get a refund when for 3 days your system was down and you obviously couldn't get me a reply.”
