“Cake arrived damaged, with squashed icing decoration, looking nothing like picture. Cake was very dry. When I tried to email the customer services to express my disappointment, I had a delayed response and then one sentence rude reply, no apology. Not as described, not worth the money.”
“I was sent the wrong cake. It said Ferrero Rocher on the package which is my wife's favourite however I was sent something different. The cake was very tasty nonetheless just a shame she didn't get the one she wanted.”
