I was let down by a much more expensive cake delivery company the day before delivery was due and I remember my husband had purchased my flake cake from yourselves. Ordered before 2pm and delivered the next day. Son was delighted - thanks so much ! Will use you again !!”
“Sadly I got sent the wrong cake, the company did send a £10 more cake but not the point it was still the wrong cake and even the the customer service agent was sympathetic I couldn’t get a partial refund. I was offered discount on the next cake I order or extras so that’s fine but I probs won’t order again as the balloon toppers I ordered with the cake were wrong also! So it seems to have gone downhill as I have used this company before and it was perfect. Couldn’t fault customer service though but not the outcome I wanted. I was told if I send the whole cake back I would get a full refund but of course half was eaten as it was my sons birthday the next day so didn’t have time to get another one. Not the end of the world just disappointed so they need to check their orders before they go out.”
