I am writing to urgently report an issue with my recent order. The item I received does not match what I ordered. It tastes like carrot cake, which is a serious concern because my husband cannot have carrot. This makes the order unsuitable and unsafe for us. Additionally, I previously emailed regarding the 10% discount that was offered to me, which still has not been applied to my second‑last order. I would appreciate it if this could be corrected as well. Please look into both matters as soon as possible and advise on a refund or replacement for the incorrect item.

“The Biscoff cake was a huge hit with my 2 teens. It didn't last long at all. They said it was beautifully creamy and had just a hint of what tasted like cinnammon.”
“Looks great and its quite small but when you start to eat it you realise you only need small slice as its extremely sweet.
I might night order this particular cake anymore but service was good and it was pretty so I might try other cake another time”
