“The sponge inside is very nice but the hard chocolate on the outside tasted stale, was very very hard & had the marbled look of it having been in the sun or stale when chocolate changes colour. Nice but disappointing for the money.”
“It was delivered after the date it was fue, we were away. It was to be the birthday cake for my beautiful daughter. We threw it away upon our return as it had been in the sun for over 24 hrs. The courier didn’t leave it in the safe place as requested, but worse it was still in Newcastle on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Your website gave me a slot and then told me I’d be able to choose a time slot none of which wasn’t true.
You took my money and knowingly failed me. Despite desperate emails ( you have no contact telephone numbers) you have the nerve to request a review ( so you haven’t looked at the emails) and there is no sign of my getting my money back.
Shame on you.”
