“Unfortunately the Matilda cake was out of stock so they kindly informed me and I had a Malteser cake as a replacement. It was for my daughters 18th birthday and as a apology I got sent 3 packs of sparklers which was a lovely gesture to make up for the different order. I will definitely be using them again next year for my sons 18th. The cake was exceptionally wrapped with care and great box too”
“Oh…my…goodness!!! The cake was delicious! I ordered it on Friday around 11am and received it on Saturday! I never thought I would get it on Saturday considering the shop is in Newcastle and I live in Brighton! I would definitely order it again. Postage was £12 but worth it. Only thing I would say is that it was delivered on its side but that’s not the bakery it was DPD.”
“Ordered this cake for my mum's birthday! Relatively last minute (2 days before) and arrived on the day! I'd usually make a cake as the house baker, but I'd surgery recently so was unable to. It was absolutely delicious cake, my dad couldn't stop eating it. The 14 person cake was consumed by 3 people over the course of 4 days. It felt a lot more special ordering from a place that actually makes their cakes by hand, instead of a factory. Also supporting a business up north (I'm from the south/midlands), will definitely be ordering again! Definitely worth the price in comparison to alternative cheaper sites!”
