“I wouldn't know as although this was ordered, this is not what I received.
After complaining I'd received the wrong cake, I was told 'we tried contacting you to say we couldn't send this cake'. I had received no emails or voicemail, so there was little (if any) effort to contact me and the emails I got in response weren't much better.
If was just a really "meh' attitude, nobody liked the replacement cake they had sent so it went to waste. Especially the person who's birthday it was for.
The least I should have been offered was a discount or refund or something more than the response I got.
Such a shame as I have ordered for different occasions for years now and recommended the company to others, just felt really let down!”
