“I had high hopes for these cupcakes as the flavours looked really good and I loved the fact that I could chose the ones that my family would love. However, firstly, they arrived a day late, which considering they were for my husband's birthday, was very disappointing. Secondly, they were left in the blazing sun on my doorstep so the icing had all melted by the time we got them. And lastly, and most annoyingly, we were not sent the flavours I had ordered. I've given 3 stars because the cakes themselves were delicious, otherwise the whole experience would not have warranted any stars at all.”
“Really disappointed as paid extra for a hand written note. The picture shows an embossed card however the 18th birthday message was written on an A4 sheet of white paper which I could done myself for free and be much nicer. Really poor effort and I’m embarrassed as this was meant to be special gift for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Cupcakes were nice but delivery of over £8 made the box of 6 very expensive altogether.”
“The website was easy to use and a good selection but on arrival some of the cupcakes were damaged or squashed and not as ordered. These were for a birthday and we were unable to present some of them due to the mess they were in. As the same with the cheesecakes they seemed to taste the same and not as described. Overall very disappointed and would very likely not order again.”
