“These arrived all damaged. DPD photo clearly shows the box being handed over the wrong way up. Its been 4 days since I emailed a complaint over and I have heard nothing. I've checked on Instagram and they said to email.
2 emails, and nothing from the company. It's not acceptable when these aren't cheap.
Cakes are nice but the customer service is awful.”
“The website was easy to use and a good selection but on arrival some of the cupcakes were damaged or squashed and not as ordered. These were for a birthday and we were unable to present some of them due to the mess they were in. As the same with the cheesecakes they seemed to taste the same and not as described. Overall very disappointed and would very likely not order again.”
