“Order never arrived and customer ‘support’ are not responding.
I have never experienced such poor experience from a company before, seriously. This company need to be investigated and shut down. I placed an order looking forward to receiving for a birthday gift. I thought the website looked a bit odd so I checked the reviews and I ignored the poor rating as I thought give them a chance and boy did they disappoint.
Everything on their website is a lie. No such thing as next day delivery or 5 hour response time. I placed my order two weeks ago with an expected delivery date. I have emailed them multiple times. Their sales and customer support manager responded once that he would refund me if it didn’t arrive but I’ve waited and still nothing and they’re not responding . I emailed to say it was making me anxious and that I’m worried they are a scam and he responded they’re not and then never refunded again.
I am currently disputing with my bank and will report a complaint about this company.
If anyone from the company sees this (as you clearly don’t care about customers opinions) , you should truly be ashamed”
