“I received my order and can honestly say I’m very disappointed in the condition the cakes turned up in. These were a gift for someone, which I will not be giving as they are in such an awful state and embarrassing to give. I would really reconsider the way you package and send your cakes. The buttercream is a mess, all the biscuits are broken. They look awful.”
