“The cupcakes were a present for my daughter in law. She said they were lovely and arrived on time. Two of them were, unfortunately, a bit damaged. As the parcel company handed me the box that stated handle with care cakes on board, I knew they hadn't taken this on board.”

No refund or sorry we haven't got any Biscoff what would I prefer instead? Not the greatest experience, and a disappointed daughter.”
