“Wrong selection delivered, customer support said they contacted me which was a lie. Only cheesecake out of my selection which was any good was the Biscoff one.”
“Sadly no I won’t be recommending this company. Many issues! I received different products to those that had been ordered with no concern to rectify this. I paid for next day delivery and the product turned up over 24hrs later than it should have. The packaging that was clearly marked fragile had been bashed around, the cool packs were no longer doing their job no doubt because it had been in transit for so long, one of the cheesecakes was sideways. I had no desire to potentially get food poisoning from (no longer fresh) dairy products so after taking pictures, I’m afraid the products weren’t fit for consumption and so went in the bin. If there is a problem with the delivery delay it should have been taken up with the courier, it shouldn’t be down to me to not receive what I have paid for. The only offering was to get a refund once I returned the product. Very disappointing customer service.”
“Ordered 6 'choose your own' cheesecakes, did not receive 3 of the cheesecakes i choose. Sent a message to seller advising, whom said they had tried to contact me via phone, which they didnt as i did not provide a telephone number. Advised that the DPD delivery was crushed with DPD driver advising multiple boxes had been stacked on this, seller didnt even address this. Quality and taste poor and pretty tasteless. I would not recommend based on customer service, product quality and satisfaction and blatant lies.”
