“Extremely poor service, cake delivered 4 days after request day. Cake has been in transit for 5 days rendering it unedible. Contacted customer service with no resolution. Told that I could not receive a refund and currently awaiting contact from the complaints team. Awful service, would not recommend to anyone.”
