“Second year in a row that I ordered this cake! I had it delivered as a surprise birthday party cake last year for my boyfriend and he LOVED IT (as did everyone else!). So much so that he asked me to buy it again this year for his birthday. This cake is delicious, super well layered and it's got a perfect texture, not too firm and not too soggy - just right. The service is always reliable too, I recommend not only the white choc lindt cake but will definitely order from this bakery again and again.”
“Unfortunately never received my cake. The order was not delivered as supplier failure meant it went out of stock the day the delivery was supposed to leave. While I appreciate some things are not in your control, it left me without a cake 1 day before delivery was due. This was also confusing as I had received automated notification that the cake was already dispatched, so that was confusing. It would be better to only notify customers when cake is actually fulfilled and dispatched. It was also be best to give more warning if an order can be made... as the call about it being out of stock was received 25 mins before the last orders sent out for the day.”
