“Cake arrived defrosted unfortunately as only one icepack used and the cake had lost its shape This is the 2nd time l'm using this website, the first was during COVID and extra care was taken with packaging. Not impressed this time around.”
“Cake was nice for overly sweet. And was delivered late and also slanted and broken biscuits on top which was a little embarrassing. I did email to ask why it hadnt been delivered on the right day and was asked for my order number which I replied to and then did not get any response.”
