“We didn't receive the cake we ordered, I ordered the orange twirl cake but received a different chocolate orange cake.
The cake was unfortunately damaged on one side and the icing was a mess on the sides not smooth as per the advert for the cake. It was very much defrosted when it arrived which was ok. The cake is supposed to have a drip effect all the way round but ours had broken off and icing was exposing the cake, so I had to try and fix and smooth this over.
Very disappointed with not being informed that they was sending a totally different cake to what was ordered, and the damage I presume done whilst in the care of delivery company isn't acceptable for the expensive delivery cost I paid for Saturday delivery.
The cake was a centrepiece for the party table, so unfortunately we didn't use it.”
