I ordered a white Lindor cake as it was a surprise for my son who had recently got married in Australia and now returned to the UK. I informed you It was the wrong cake and did not receive an apology or a reason why you had sent the wrong cake, however the cake was good, but that wasn’t the point. Very disappointing.”
