“The cake tasted amazing, however the delivery driver you used had dropped it on the floor despite your best efforts to display fragile and dropped it and never rang the bell so unfortunately the cake was mostly destroyed however it tasted amazing. I can provide proof of damage if you wish( ring doorbell footage)”
“The cake collapsed whilst cutting as the chocolate covering on top was too hard but the chocolate filling was quite mushy so it didn't cut well. Also the Ferrero Rocher truffles were stale perhaps due to the cake being frozen. The best cake I tried from the range was Lindor, that one was beautiful.”
