“I had received the wrong shoe I was supposed to receive the shoe with a black bottom lining as it displays in the shoe however I had gotten one with a grey bottom lining. The shoe box was damaged in the post. However I have not exchanged/refund as I’m not too sure if it will cause any more hassle.”

“High, Chunky heel, soft material. You have to pay postage for returns £6 royal mail so think carefully before ordering. Would say they come up slightly large fit.”
