“If it allowed me to choose zero I would have. They sent me the wrong item and refused to replace it until I sent their mistake back. I duly obliged but they have still not sent the correct item. And yes they still have my money. It’s tantamount to theft. Disgusting behaviour. Use this website AT YOUR OWN RISK. Dreadful”

Good Morning Matt, we are dealing with this for you, es explained to you in our conversation we have requested this stock from Hugo Boss and are awaiting this to be delivered. Our delivery previously had been sent out incorrectly, we had received shorts not the Joggers. We are just awaiting the delivery but unfortunately with the current situation at the moment things are slow coming into us etc from Boss. You requested that we send you out the correct item and we explained we would when we have the stock. unfortunately you were the first person to purchase this and therefore this issue was pointed out to us by yourself, the barcodes are the same on the shorts that were delivered as the joggers which is why they were able to be booked in and sent out to you. This is being dealt with and this is why we have your money as you say... because you have requested for the item to be sent to you. This is not theft there has been a mistake by Boss when delivering our order to us and therefore this is now being rectified. Please amend this review as we are doing all we can during this time to get this to you as soon as we have it. Thank you
