“This cleanser seems to be formulated with a gentle surfactant (foaming agent) which explains why it's so gentle on the skin too. There aren't many ingredients compared to most other cleansers on the market. This is truly a no frills cleanser. As far as I can tell there are no actives and while there is focus on the glycerin in the formulation, it's been used in most skin care for years so while its effective and works it's not a stand out ingredient in my eyes. The cleanser works to keep my skin clean without making my skin feel tight and dry. It works well for my oily combo dehydrated skin without causing irritation. It's expensive but I recommend this especially if you have sensitive skin or recovering from a compromised skin barrier.”
“This is a glycerin gel cleanser by Dermatica that comes in a 200ml plastic bottle with press down pump dispenser. I���ve used a few Dermatica products now and have been really happy with them, and this cleaner is no exception.This apparently removes make-up and SPF as well as dirt and such, though I���ve not used it to remove makeup so I can���t comment on that. It does seem to clean my skin quite nicely though and I like that it���s non-comedogenic. It���s designed using ���NICE guidelines��� for a deep clean that���s also gentle, while also being ���moisturise balancing��� to ���maintain a healthy skin barrier���. It���s classed as being non-irritating and sensitive skin-friendly. I���ve not had any problems with it so it does seem gentle, though of course we���re all different so you can only speak as you find it.To use, get 1-2 pumps of gel and massage onto damp skin, lathering as you go. Then rinse off with warm water. The brand suggests using this morning and evening, but you can repeat for a double cleanse. I like the bottle format with the pump dispenser as it makes it that bit easier and less messy to use.This comes out as a clear gel, with a good consistency so it���s quite thick but not too thick, so I find I don���t need a whole lot. With damp skin, it goes on nicely and then with water it can be massaged in and around quite well thanks to some decent lathering action. It also washes off well without leaving any residue or stickiness.My skin does feel very clean and refreshed after use, but I get a tad of tightness or dryness like I do with most cleansers so I like to follow up with moisturiser. It���s supposed to ���reduce trans epidermal water loss and increase moisturisation��� so I don���t think it���s as stripping as some cleansers can be. I think my skin looks a little less oily on the t-zone now in the day time, which I���m glad about. I think the price is decent enough too and I think it���ll last reasonably well with only 1-2 pumps per use.I really like this one as it���s generally just a very pleasant cleaner to use daily to leave skin clean, refreshed and a bit better balanced.”
“This is a very gentle gel cleanser that foams up easily and you only need a little bit to cleanse your whole face and neck. After cleansing the skin feels clean but not completely stripped and ''squeaky'' or dried out as many foam cleansers leave the skin. It also doesn't have any scent so it is great for people sensitive to fragrances.The claim 'Clarifies Pores' is very true, my pores have been a lot less clogged and I have less sebaceous filaments which has left my skin smoother and not bumpy. Other cleansers I have used just cleanse the skin but never seem to actually clean out the pores.When it comes to 'Controls Oil' claim, that I haven't noticed much difference in, my skin still produces about the same amount of oil as it did before, but my skin is VERY oily so I doubt anything can help that lol.I would recommend trying this cleanser if your regular face wash has only been cleaning the surface level and not actually getting into the pores and cleaning them out.”

“This Dermatica balancing glycerin gel cleanser is pretty good for removing makeup, dirty or excessive face oil without being too harsh on my face. It is moisturising and good pH balance without strip or dry my skin too hard. It is unscented which is suitable for sensitive skin. You can easily control the amount by using the pump. All you need is a 1-2 pumps, rub in your hands and massage to your damp face.”
