I have used the Ordinary acelaic acid before and although it helped clearing my skin, it gave me lots of new spots. Dermatica though I found more gentle on my skin with no purging. Keep using it in the morning before applying my make up and in the evening I do apply Cerave retinol cream. Keeping my skin under control. Still getting new spots but a lot less than before.”
