It stops menalin being produced so alongside my retinal which increases cell turnover has started reducing the redness significantly after just 2 weeks. Have a bit to go but am very pleased, can't wait to see in a couple of months it will be gone - without going to a dermatologist and spending ��120. Apply twice a day and doesn't annoy my sensitive skin.”

“Like many with problem skin, I have tried many different products. Some good, and some bad. Fortunately this is one of the good ones! I wanted some active ingredients that were ok during pregnancy and azelaic acid is on the list of ones that are. Although my skin has improved during pregnancy, I still have the occasional breakout and this light cream has helped calm everything down whilst gently moisturising. “Dermatica contains azelaic acid. A naturally occurring acid found in grains. Not all the ingredients are natural. Vegan. Alcohol and fragrance free.This stuff is potent. I have used it for 2 days and had to stop. Partly my fault as I didn���t apply sunscreen over the top. My skin went red, sore and then started to flake off. Worst around the lips and chin. Similar to a mild sunburn. I do have sensitive skin. It gave me a skin peel which people would pay a lot of money for. Once the flaking stopped I did have renewed clearer skin. I will try again but next time build up my tolerance. Just using once before bed and then applying a sunscreen in the morning. I���ve been reluctant to start again sooner as I���ve not long got over the flaking. Fingers crossed it���ll work. If not, I know I have a go to skin renewal cream that���s more potent than tretinoin (only available over the counter) and probably much safer to use.”
