This has been a game-changer for me. It really helps with breakouts associated with rosacea and I haven't had any side effects. Highly recommended.

I had breakouts and blemishes periodically for most of my twenties, but then a persistent inflammatory skin disorder for over a year. For nearly a year now I've been using the Dermatica azelaic acid cream as my everyday moisturizer. My skin has been more or less flawless ever since. It's clear, smooth, and glowing. I get compliments on it. I underestimated azelaic acid, and the formula from Dermitca means it is a great moisturiser in one. I wish it was in a 50ml bottle like the other products, but for the benefit I get it's worth it. I hope they never discontinue it.

I use this with my melanin inhibitor to help with my areas of PIH. Its really good but it can cause peeling on sensitive skin and continued use ale ale your skin inflamed and lead to further pigmentation. I would keep away from the mouth area with this too as that easily made it inflamed. However for the non-sensitive areas it worked like a charm and made my melanin inhibitor even more effective than before.
