Great product to use when I feel like my skin is starting to look a bit dull. On my 2nd tube and really like it. Nice to know I’m using products specifically designed to work with my prescription tretanoin

Bought as an emergency cream if we can't get prescribed cream. Seems to keep spots at bay when used, doesn't irritate skin. Recommend this and would buy again if needed !

Application does slightly sting but subsides leave on clean skin 20 minutes then apply usual spf moisturiser. Was sceptical but only after a week noticed pimply rosecea on cheeks cleared . Now use every other day .

for those who used a main competing prescription azalaic acid 20% product, and are wondering how it compares, the small pump dispenser bottle is much more refined for your dressing table than a tube of toothpaste and easier to control how much comes out, also easier to transport. the consistency is smooth like a mousse or thick moisturiser, instead of a chalky paste. it smooths onto the skin and is easily absorbed and doesn't need to be rubbed in a lot like the other one. it also has a mild barely noticeable smell of soap or furniture polish - instead of a distinctive salt and vinegar smell. however! on the face it still stings just as much! quantity - same 30g. my dermatologist recommended azalaic acid for dark skin people who get acne and hyperpigmentation dark marks. it smooths them away nicely over 6 weeks. but you must wear sunblock on top for this to work

I’ve been using the Dermatica Azelaic acid 20% for two weeks now and I love it. I’ve suffered from acne and scarring for years now and as an Indian, pigmentation and scarring is a lot more obvious on my skin tone. I use this at night only just after a toner and niacinamide serum and it reduced the scarring considerably in two weeks. It does tingle a little at the beginning but that soon passes. It doesn’t dry out my skin (I have oily skin) however SPF in the morning is a must!! I would definitely recommend this to people with darker skin tones as it honestly works a treat!
