“Purchased as a birthday present with over a week to go until I needed it, although e-gift cards from other companies are normally delivered instantly to your email. After 3 days it hadn't arrived, customer service insisted it had been sent and unhelpfully suggested I check my junk folder (obviously already did that). It never arrived so I had to buy a different last minute present for the birthday, leaving me out of pocket. Customer service sent me the voucher code in the end, so next time I need to buy a product I can use it for that, but overall a poor service from a company whose products I love, very disappointing.”
