“The delivery packaging was very poor . The sticker with the delivery address was on top of the name " dermalogica " on the box. Therefore, the marketing image is totally non existante . I bought this starter kit to introduce my granddaughter to dermalogica and wanted the WAW effect . That didn't happen .
With regards to the product we don't know yet as we rapped it for Christmas.”

“I spent almost £100 after my sister took my daughter to a counter and gave me a list of must buy items. We were promised a free gift for her referring me. The link said that I qualified and that I would receive an email with a code. That code did not arrive. I proceed with the order and contacted customer service. They said that because I accepted the gift with purchases over £80 that anyone could get, that my gift with first purchase was null and void. I would have gone with the other gift if I'd had a choice. Not helpful and to be fair, my daughter is still struggling with her skin so it was a waste of money anyway.”
