“Due to issue with order, this was not sent with rest of my order, so I've not had proper chance to use & see if it has desired effects! What I will say is customer service experience was terrible...this was missing from my order despite emailing about it straight away I had to chase a response...while they said they would send product out they used wording their email to suggest I was a liar...not impressed! I have used their products in tge past but usually through 3rd party sellers but decided to home direct to them on this occasion...really wish I hadn't! That said I will leave updated review once I have been using the product for a few weeks!”

“My new favourite serum from Dermalogica, I’ve used the banking serum which I will stop using and the retinol which I still use. Smart response is really good as it tightens, lifts and brightens. My skin looks and feels better after only 2 weeks of using twice a day.
