I received my order on the 22.12.2021 and the special cleansing gel's seal was broken off completely so I can only assume it was a returned bottle or internal quality assurance was not carried out and the melting moisture masque - 4 × 1 samples were all leaking, so there is no way they could be used.
The daily microfoliant re-fill arrived intact.
I spent £143 on this order and expect much better from this company and will not be ordering again this is just unacceptable.”

Not too harsh or rough on skin, it is smooth enough and last actually very very long honestly, with the travel size of this product last me for more than 2 months!
