“I was advised purchasing this product after having a reaction and left with sensitive skin from a dermalogica facial. Product was greasy and left a white stain on my skin and being mixed ethnicity it didn’t suit my skin. I then got in touch with customer service and they said i could use an alternative although a bit more expensive i was told there was no problem that an exchange can be done and all i would need to do is pay extra once i had returned the product that was recommended by their skin therapists but not suited for me. A couple days later after filling in the refund portal and sending item back i got an email for a refund and not the exchange i was expecting. I rang customer service yet again to find out what has happen to my exchange and there is no record for
It. Then told i would get a refund on delivery once i ordered the alternative new item. I now have received the porescreen spf (alternative recommendation by Dermalogica) and still no refund on my delivery charge. I can’t waste my time again to speak with customer service to ask where is my refund on the delivery they promise me as its just a complete waste of time talking to people that are incompetent. I am doing this review to warn people that if you have a problem be warned customer service are inept in solving issues. Just expected better!”
