“The product is amazing, the way it’s dipensed is really disappointing. I have bought 3 bottles now and wasted so much because of the dispenser. The last bottle I turned upside down and only one side of the serum came out. Dermalogica you’re packaging is generally amazing you don’t waste anything. Can this be addressed please. The bottle is so disappointing for such a great product. It has actually put me off buying the serum again until the bottle is changed. Normally you can cut the top off a tube and scrape out what’s left, and there is always a lot left. I know it’s difficult because it’s two serums but I’m sure there is another way. I’ve been using Dermalogica for almost 20 years I love it, I’m 52 and very happy with my skin and very few wrinkles.”
