“I purchased some products to take advantage of a promotional offer. Upon checkout the offer code was not accepted. I emailed customer services to advise them of the issue but no follow up was received. I assumed the promotional products would be added to my order for delivery. But no. I only received the products I paid for. Products are good don't get me wrong. But the set up of a promotion without actually being able to get the promotion is frustrating at best and fraudulent at worst.”
