“I bought this for dry skin but sadly it’s actually made my skin even drier
I don’t know whether it might be a reaction to something it in as it’s quite severe drying.
It’s a shame because I generally love Dermalogica products and use them all the time.”
“Bought this as the replacement for the discontinued cleanser the smell is too intense and smells very chemically - dreadful smell also now drying out my skin- not happy and certainly not impressed - shame dermalogica didn’t give customers a choice - may the best cleanser win - tried the chat but was just advised that it was “bizarre” that the new cleanser was drying out my skin so suggested other cleansers - which I don’t use because they don’t do the job that my old cleanser did and then suggested that I use the new cleanser and pre cleanse also - unfortunately after 25 years of using it I am so sad that I will now have to resort to finding another cleanser from another company- dermalogica - sort yourselves out”
“This is a great cleanser for dry and sensitive skin. The smell is gentle and refreshing. When mixed with water it forms a creamy emulsion and leaves my skin feeling clean but never over stripped. My favourite cleanser yet!”
