Also I am told that first orders usually get a sample or gift - I did not receive one - how do I apply next time - I have signed up for your email updates .”
“This SPF is so great! Doesn’t leave a white residue and sinks in nicely (after a little amount of time). It also has a lovely smell and not like SPF. I prefer it to the dermalogica SPF30 physical defence.”
“This product made my face very dry, red and sore. I discontinued use after 4 days. I am fairly new to the brand and have been really pleased with the results I have had with other products in the range but this was terrible.
I have tried to call Customer Service on 3 occasions and been left on hold each time with no answer. I also tried web chat but was advised to email customer service as they couldn’t help. I am still waiting for a reply to my email. From a quality brand, I am very disappointed with this lack of customer service.
Sadly it will make me think twice about whether to order any new products again.”
