“Had a problem with my order as it came damaged with some items missing. Contacted customer service, who dealt with the problem straight away dispatching a new order that same day. Very happy with the service and my dog was really pleased as she got to enjoy her favourite treats after all. Lucy enjoys the soft baked bars as she only has a few teeth now and finds them easy to eat, she also loves all the different varieties.”
